Let me tell you about these guys, Paul and Scott came out to help me with a DEF problem, had to take off my tank and clean it from the parking lot of a shipper. These were the most professional and knowledgeable guys I have delt with out here. Extremely courteous, thry had to take my def tank to their shop and offered to grab me a drink from the station down the street. the most decent rates. They will treat you right and get what you need done. If you're ever in this area and need some repairs they're the duo to call and get it done.

I own Experience Rhode Island Tours, and we really appreciate Paul and Carl at ETS Truck Service! There have been a couple of Saturdays this year when one of our tour buses had an issue and those guys have been quick to respond and get us back on the road. We are a small logistics company out of Trenton and were broken down with a substantial coolant leak in a Freightliner Cascadia on the side of 95 in Warwick, RI. I found these guys online and called. I was greeted kindly and promptly. They contacted my driver directly and within two hours my truck was back on the road. The price was very fair, the mechanics were honest, and the overall experience showed integrity. I will recommend them to anyone, and will be using them again if we ever are in the same predicament. I had two International LT625 Tractor trucks parked at Prime Storage in Portsmouth Rhode Island for more than 6 months. My team required assistance to jump-start the trucks. It was the day after New years’ day with most people either not working or working half. After contacting Paul, he tried to link us to workshops closer to our location to minimize the cost impact for us. After several unsuccessful attempts, Paul came from Warwick to start the trucks for us. Paul also stayed to work on most of the problems due to the long parking. His team also conducted the DOT Federal Inspections. Paul also linked me to businesses that might be of help to our business. Thanks to Paul & his team, the trucks are back on the road.

Blew a tire in our family RV last week on Rt 6 somewhere between Foster RI and 395 in CT. Called Express Truck Service and they had us back on the road in no time. Very nice guy. Came highly recommended and đid not disappoint.
